The HFN CHC networks provide high quality medical care and significant increased savings for local employers and their employees. In addition to the local focus, the HFN CHC networks include access to a statewide network. Resulting in deep discounts at the most commonly used providers without forfeiting comprehensive access.

To qualify for access, a plan must have at least a 20% differential between in-network and out-of-network benefits.

Among the benefits to utilizing the HFN CHC Networks, we have an especially strong presence in the Rockford area with all 3 hospital systems in network at deep discounts. In the Peoria market HFN created the “choice option” of CHC Elite and CHC Premiere to accommodate the market need to have access to the 2 key hospitals systems while still receiving deep discounts. The member will have access to either of the anchor hospitals in the Peoria area and all other CHC hospitals outside their geographic area.
